Kevin McCoy was born on February 20th, 1986 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He fell out of love with school in the fifth grade and was removed at the beginning of eighth grade. At sixteen he became a father. At eighteen he paid for an open book test to earn his diploma. He married at twenty one, had his second child the same year, welcomed his third at twenty three, and was divorced by twenty six.
For most of his life Kevin worked nonstop while raising three children under split custody. With limited formal education and no clear career path, he believed he would be an employee forever.
Everything changed in January 2021 when Kevin discovered trading and investing. While working forty five to fifty five hours a week he dedicated two to three hours every single night to learning. He put everything on hold except his children and stayed consistent for five years.
On July 3rd, 2025 Kevin walked away from employment permanently and became a full time trader and investor.
